Jacob Forward is a recent History graduate from the University of Oxford, who was named a Scholar of Keble College. His recent work includes a policy paper for History and Policy on the use of historical expertise in the US Think Tank sector, which served as the basis for a transatlantic conference on Applied History and Think Tanks. His research interests include the relationship between terrorist violence and the growth of the state, and modern US political and institutional history more broadly.
